Hi, my name is Paul Hrkal...

...I am a board-certified Naturopathic doctor with a clinical practice in the Toronto area. I have a special interest in neurological health, chronic pain and brain injuries, writing and have lectured extensively on these topics which including over 100 webinars, podcasts and live presentations to medical professionals, researchers, and public audiences. My clinical passion is treating and helping people recover from concussions so not only do help my patients recover from brain injuries but I also created the Concussion Fix program which is an online course and community dedicated to help people address the underlying issues after a concussion. I am a member of the scientific advisory board of Complete Concussion Management, an international leader in research-based concussion management education. I also have work worked in the natural health product industry as a scientific advisor and medical director for nearly a decade educating clinicians and formulating science-based products including creating a number of best-selling formulations.

Finally and most importantly I am a husband and father to 5 beautiful children. When I am not seeing patients I spend as much time in nature as possible with our little Hrkal crew.
